We accept PayPal and Credit Cards to pay! Payment system supports MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Maestro etc.

NOTES: We only accept payment through PayPal for purchase. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, like your place of work, a neighbour. We ship to UK and Ireland destinations only!

Shipping

All shipping will be done via Yodel unless otherwise stated. We ship to UK and Ireland destinations.
Usually, the same business day shipping.

1. We only ship products to: England and Ireland.
2. Local pick up is not available.
3. All UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery unless otherwise stated, the transit time will normally be 3-5 business days. For orders outside UK Mainland, they will normally be shipped by Royal Mail Airsure.
4. Special Delivery is available at an additional charge of ? per item; please use this service if you want to receive your items faster (next working day after item is shipped).
5. Please provide the full and accurate address for shipment. Should incorrect or incomplete postal address be provided with, resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional delivery fee if a replacement or exchange item is required.
6. We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. If you want to change the address, please email us in advance. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Additional delivery charge will be imposed should request for change of postal address be made after goods have delivered.
7. We usually send items the next business day after payment has been received (Sat < Sun excluded). If you haven't received your item(s) in time, please email info@drillbattery.co.uk or have a check with your local Post Office.
8. If an item is lost during delivery, our customer support team will try to resolve the matter in the most acceptable way to both parties concerned.

Shipping Policy

We do not exclude the possibility that our products may run out of stock in our local warehouse. In this case, we reserve the right to ship the products from our head office in Hong Kong without any additional fees.

Refund

After we have issued a refund authorization to the your Paypal account, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to processsuch transaction.

Credit will be issued for part cost, tax and deliveryless any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Delivery and Service Charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
